When cannot run applications.

If you get error about associating the application with file to open it, you can still open application with one of 2 ways:

1. Try to run it with "Run As".
2. You can run the below string in the RUN window, and open applications:RunDll32.exe shell32.dll,ShellExec_RunDLL %1. Replace the %1 with the application to run. For full references of SHELL32 click here.
